I love it as a client. It was a love at first sight some 9 or 10 years ago. It really works for me and my body. I have met some great Pilates teachers over the years and I want to inspire my clients the same way I was inspired to work harder and push through the pain for one more rep or just to go a bit slower in pike.
What's your favorite exercise on the reformer and why?
Mermaid on the box- not a stretch but a hardcore oblique excersize. It really changed my body and I vouch for it...do it minimum 3 times per week and boom you will have visible obliques.
In your quest for health and fitness what other habits complement your Pilates practice
I am crazy about nutrition it is a basis of your health and longevity. I studied nutrition and earned certificate from Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. This summer I go back to studying Hormones and Nutrition. So excited!
