More Than an Exercise Library
Too many instructors complete their initial training with knowledge of individual exercises but without a clear framework for turning those exercises into an effective class.
The Flowing Body Method was developed in response to that gap.
Rather than simply giving you more exercises to remember, the course teaches you how to think: how to analyse movement, structure a class, create purposeful transitions, communicate clearly and adapt your choices to the person in front of you.
The Method is grounded in the traditional Pilates principles of Breath, Concentration, Control, Centre, Precision and Flow. Flow comes from considered programming, logical progression and transitions that allow a class to move with continuity and purpose.
