Owner and Head Trainer

A certified personal trainer, fitness competitor, as well as a former college athlete ( Basketball USA ), Charles' passion is health and fitness. Always seeking to learn he trained to become a Pilates instructor and has been teaching the craft for the past decade. His aim is to deliver safe, effective and yet challenging routines that will allow you to develop a strong and healthy body.
Charles has also authored "The shredded life, a guide to living a lean and healthy life".
Our amazing instructors

Krista has been teaching in the fitness industry since 2012. She started as a personal trainer and Zumba instructor, feeling the benefits for her mind and body. After 6 years of high intensity training, she decided to take her Mat Pilates qualification to slow things down. Krista loves how Pilates focuses on the breath and smaller muscle groups. She is fascinated by the body and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge to help people reach their full physical potential. She believes in being calm throughout the practice and having fun.

Kylie is originally from Australia and has been living in the UK for over six years. Suffering the effects of a desk job and sedentary lifestyle, she sought a way to break the pattern. The solution came in the form of Pilates. Having tried a few classes, she soon realized Pilates was a passion! She loves the way it supports the body by enhancing posture, and by increasing strength and flexibility. She decided to take Flowing Body Pilates teacher training course and the rest is as they say: history!

Ellie’s passion for healthy living and a keen interest in how the human body functions and responds to movement led her to complete an undergraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. While practicing for her own well-being, and working in the health and fitness industry, she discovered her love of Pilates and thus completed training in mat-work, reformer and small equipment. From seeing the positive benefits firsthand, Ellie finds great reward in helping others to learn how Pilates can transform their lives for the better.

Karmen has been passionate about training and keeping fit since the young age. Swimming, hiking and cycling has always been her favourite sports activities. She fell in love with Pilates in 2006 after rehabilitating an old knee injury. Karmen specialise in posture correction, sports injury management, flexibility, strength and conditioning. When she’s not teaching classes or clients she enjoys to do long distance cycling, traveling, going to concerts and socialising with her friends.
