Private tuition
Our classes are small and very personal but sometimes that isn't enough. One may require all the instructor's attention. Privates are a great idea if you feel you need to have a routine tailored to your specific needs. Examples would be recovering from an injury, pre/post natal, a specific health condition. Once you purchase your private you will need to email the studio so we can schedule your session.

Classes:
Beginner:
If you are new to Pilates, have not exercised in a long time or have medical considerations, this is the class for you. We will teach you how to use the reformer and perform the basic movements. These are our slowest classes but as with all our classes we keep them challenging. We recommend doing as many of these as required until you feel you are ready for more challenge.
All levels (Beginner + Intermediate):
These are usually scheduled in our slowest times and all levels are welcome. The instructor will accommodate all students by offering alternatives and modifications to exercises as required. This class is suitable for both beginners and intermediates. If you are new to the studio and do have medical considerations, we recommend attending the beginner classes.
Intermediate:
Our most challenging classes. These are for the already initiated with good strength and body awareness. Expect more challenging routines as well as the introduction of new exercises.
