A certified personal trainer, fitness competitor, as well as a former college athlete ( Basketball USA ), Charles' passion is health and fitness. Always seeking to learn he trained to become a Pilates instructor and has been teaching the craft for the past decade. His aim is to deliver safe, effective and yet challenging routines that will allow you to develop a strong and healthy body.
Charles has also authored "The shredded life, a guide to living a lean and healthy life".

Kylie is originally from Australia and has been living in the UK for over six years. Suffering the effects of a desk job and sedentary lifestyle, she sought a way to break the pattern. The solution came in the form of Pilates. Having tried a few classes, she soon realized Pilates was a passion! She loves the way it supports the body by enhancing posture, and by increasing strength and flexibility. She decided to take Flowing Body Pilates teacher training course and the rest is as they say: history!
Charlotte, a seasoned skier from France, found solace in reformer Pilates after an injury redirected her path. Instantly smitten, she dived into the practice, witnessing transformative effects on her mental and physical health. Now a certified instructor, Charlotte is passionate about sharing the life-changing benefits of Pilates that have enriched her body and mind. Join her on a journey of holistic well-being through the empowering world of Pilates.
Mitz, initially introduced to Pilates at Flowing Bodies for post-Long-Covid recovery, battled Fibromyalgia and Hypermobility Syndrome. The transformative impact on her physical and mental well-being drove her to become a certified instructor, graduating in 2023 under Charles at Flowing Body Pilates. Now, Mitz dedicates her life to spreading the power of Pilates, aiming to positively impact others' lives as it did hers.
Olitta has been a personal trainer since 2014 and Reformer Pilates teacher since 2016. From teaching Pilates and working with clients with injuries she wanted to be able to help those who needed rehabilitation, so this prompted her to go into higher education to study physiotherapy to further her knowledge. She has now completed for BSc Physiotherapy degree as of 2023, and is keen to provide knowledge and education to clients regarding the management of their condition/ injury whilst making classes fun with a challenge.
Natalie has a BA Honours Degree in Dance which led her into the health & fitness industry since 2004.Having started her career at Champneys Health Farm where she started her Pilates journey, learning from the Pilates giant Alan Herdman. Natalie found herself working within the film industry and travelling the world training clients into their ideal shape for their demanding roles.
Since gaining her Reformer Pilates qualification she enjoys working with clients privately and in groups and is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals and discover the benefits of Pilates.
Natasha discovered Pilates when she was at Musical Theatre School, where she was shown it by a physio to rehabilitate injuries. Many years later she chose to complete her Mat Certification and began teaching groups, as well as working with clients on a 1-1 basis. She is extremely passionate about movement and helping others to better understand and connect with their bodies, as well as working with injuries. She continued her journey by completing her Comprehensive training with Polestar Pilates on the reformer, chair, trapeze and ladder-barrel
