Owner and Head Trainer
 Charles ( Owner and Head Trainer )

​​A certified personal trainer, fitness competitor, as well as a former college athlete ( Basketball USA ), Charles' passion is health and fitness. Always seeking to learn he trained to become a Pilates instructor and has been teaching the craft for the past decade. His aim is to deliver safe, effective and yet challenging routines that will allow you to develop a strong and healthy body.
Charles has also authored "The shredded life, a guide to living a lean and healthy life".

Joe ( Instructor )
​Lina’s classes centre on mindful movement, inspiration, and support. After nearly a decade in Pilates and fitness—sparked by her own journey through postural correction therapy—she developed a deep passion for movement and the way our bodies function. Through her teaching, she empowers clients to build strength, control, and body awareness. You’ll leave her classes feeling inspired, with fresh ways to carry the benefits of Pilates into your everyday life.

Amelia ( Instructor )
Amelia has always found fitness to be a cornerstone of her life, providing balance through both challenges and triumphs. Her Pilates journey began in 2020, following the pandemic, when a single class quickly ignited a deep passion. Drawn to its accessibility and ability to support people of all fitness levels, she pursued instructor certification and soon began teaching. Now, she shares the benefits of Pilates with her community, emphasizing flow, form, and the transformative power of movement.

Amelia ( Instructor )
Emilia brings a balanced, empowering approach to Pilates, shaped by her background in gymnastics and strength training. Her classes blend mindful movement, control, and flow, helping clients feel strong, supported, and connected to their bodies. With a clear focus on alignment and strength, she creates a purposeful yet energising experience. You’ll leave feeling grounded, confident, and ready to move with ease.

Joe ( Instructor )
Joe’s ​journey into Pilates began in 2015 in New York City, where he studied and taught the Joseph Pilates method. Afterward, he relocated to Europe to pursue a career in London’s modelling industry. Following a decade in the industry, Joe is thrilled to return to his passion for teaching Pilates. His coaching style is encouraging and inclusive, designed to inspire clients of all levels to achieve their goals while improving strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Joe strives to create a motivating and engaging environment that reflects the core principles of Pilates.

Natalie ( Instructor )
Natalie has a BA Honours Degree in Dance which led her into the health & fitness industry since 2004.Having started her career at Champneys Health Farm where she started her Pilates journey, learning from the Pilates giant Alan Herdman. Natalie found herself working within the film industry and travelling the world training clients into their ideal shape for their demanding roles.
Since gaining her Reformer Pilates qualification she enjoys working with clients privately and in groups and is committed to helping clients reach their fitness goals and discover the benefits of Pilates.
