Reformer I workload and tips to succeed

To succeed, you will have to approach this training course with a plan. We all learn differently so the following are just suggestions for you to adapt to your circumstance.
You would be spending about 16 hours/week in course related activities. Some of you might need more time, some might need less.
- Aim to spend an hour each day reading our coursebook/ studying through our online portal
- Attend both workshops (Fridays and Saturdays) 3 hours each, 6 hours total a week
- Aim to participate in at least 3 classes a week
- Aim to observe at least 2 classes a week
- Once a week, if possible, reserve the studio to practice what you learnt with friends
- Whenever required get in touch with your instructor for support/clarifications etc. We are here to help you succeed!

This course is most likely not easy, nothing worth it usually is. It has been designed to give you all the tools you need to succeed, in it and in your future career.
